So, how does everything work? How much does Premium Delivery cost? What should I expect from your Premium Delivery service? Do you offer any extra services like haul-away or next-day delivery? How long does it take to receive my furniture – from order to delivery? What do I need to do to prepare for a premium furniture delivery? Is there anything else I need to know?
For you to have the best experience possible, it’s important to know what to expect when choosing Premium Delivery. Join us below as we walk you through what you can expect when receiving your new furniture or mattress via Woodstock Furniture & Mattress Outlet’s Premium Delivery service.
Everything You Need to Know About Premium Delivery
Our Premium Delivery service is our top-end and delivery option. With this white glove service, our professional delivery team will take care of everything from transport, to assembly, to set-up within your home, to clean-up afterward.
In other words, it’s perfect for those who don’t want any hassle whatsoever. With Premium Delivery service starting at just $159.99, you won’t have to lift a finger, because our delivery team will handle it all for you!
Additionally, through Premium Delivery, we are able to offer customers several other beneficial services available for a fee. These optional services include things like Express Delivery, Same Day Delivery, mattress removal, furniture haul-away, delivery timeframe requests, and more! For all the specifics, let’s walk through the whole process together below.
The Premium Delivery Process
After checkout, our delivery team will contact you 2 days in advance to schedule your delivery and confirm your availability. As with all of our delivery options, Premium Delivery routes run Tuesday through Saturday. Either yourself or another responsible adult (over 18 years-old) must be home to sign for delivery and direct our delivery crew. Any changes to your order or its delivery must be made by 6pm, 2 days prior to delivery. Changes made beyond this point require a $50 rescheduling fee.
The day before delivery, we’ll schedule your truck’s route using our most efficient routing metrics and confirm your 4-hour delivery window. We ask that you or your representative be present at home during this time period. We’ll do our best to arrive promptly within this timeframe, although delays due to inclement weather and traffic conditions do occur infrequently.
Unfortunately, we cannot make exact appointments for each customer. However, you will be able to track your truck’s progress from our delivery page using your invoice number or phone number. Also, upon request, our delivery team can give you a heads-up call or text when leaving their previous stop.
When our team arrives, they will gladly unload, unpackage, assemble/install, and clean-up the cardboard, styrofoam and plastic packaging. However, please note that your home’s pathways and rooms must be clear to the degree that our team can place and assemble your items. Your home must also be complete with a passable driveway and not be under construction, or in the process of extensive remodel/renovation.
Finally, please note that our delivery team is restricted from moving electronics or any existing furniture in the home. If you need existing furniture moved you will need to request and schedule this additional service prior to your scheduled delivery.
Additional Delivery Service Options & Fees

Express Delivery
Let’s start with our Express Delivery service. Do you like the sound of Premium Delivery, but you need your pieces sooner than 2 days after purchase? Our next-day Express Delivery might be right for you!
Our Express Delivery service is an extension of our Premium Delivery service and includes everything we’ve discussed up to this point. With Express Delivery starting at just $209.99, we can deliver your order the next day provided that your items are in stock and you don’t live too far away.
Same-Day Delivery
“What if I need my furniture or mattress the same day that I come to purchase it? Can y’all do that?” Yes, we can! Starting at $299.99, we can make it happen with our Same-Day Delivery option.
Our Same-Day Delivery service includes everything included in our Premium Delivery, plus delivery the same day that you purchase. To be clear, there are several limitations, such as whether your items are in stock, how far away you live, and the time of day you purchase. However, provided your purchase qualifies, this is our quickest delivery option.
Other Services & Fees
As stated above, we cannot make delivery appointments. However, we can accommodate requests for AM (8am to 12pm) or PM (12pm to 4pm) delivery timeframes for a $100 fee.
Additionally, our delivery team is also able to move your existing furniture for you if needed. For $100, we can move your old furniture to a different room in your home to make space for your delivery. Keep in mind that this service is limited to similar items to those being delivered and must be scheduled in advance. Also please remember that our delivery crew isn’t permitted to move any electronics.
Removal of your old furniture or mattresses is yet another optional service we offer. If we’re delivering a new mattress set, we can haul away and recycle your old mattress and foundation for a $30 fee. If you need furniture disposed of to make room for your new items, we provide a furniture haul-away service for a $150 fee. Keep in mind that this service is limited to furniture pieces similar to those you are having delivered, and must be scheduled in advance.
Please note that certain extra heavy or oversize items may be subject to an additional $150 heavy-lift fee. Similarly, oversize items or others that require extensive assembly, such as bunk beds, may require a special $35 assembly fee. Both of these fees are due to these items requiring additional time or manpower to deliver, assemble or install.
Finally, please be aware that there are additional delivery fees for large volume deliveries. In addition to the $159.99 starting price for Premium Delivery, orders of 25 to 45 furniture pieces are an additional $50, while orders of 46 to 70 pieces are an extra $100.
