At Woodstock Furniture & Mattress Outlet, we understand that choosing a mattress is a big decision. That’s why we offer our Comfort Guarantee to give you extra peace of mind. If you find that the feel of your new mattress just isn’t right, you’re entitled to a one-time Comfort Exchange within 90 nights of delivery. This means that you can swap your mattress for another model that suits you better — no need to literally and figuratively lose sleep over the wrong fit.

Why Do We Offer Shoppers Our Comfort Guarantee?
Shopping for a mattress can feel overwhelming, and we don’t want fear or uncertainty to stand in your way of a better night’s sleep. Our Comfort Guarantee exists to help you focus on finding the mattress that truly fits your body and sleep style without worrying you’ll be stuck with something uncomfortable.
However, we also know that it often takes time to adjust to a new mattress — and for that new mattress to adjust to you too! A common mattress shopping FAQ is “Why does my new mattress feel different than the one in the store?” But don’t worry, this sensation is a totally normal part of the mattress buying process.
During the mattress break-in period, the materials settle, and your body gets used to proper support — so many customers end up loving a mattress that felt unfamiliar at first. This is why we require customers to sleep on their new mattress for at least 30 nights before requesting a Comfort Exchange. In fact, our own data tells us that over 95% of our customers are completely satisfied with their mattress purchase by the end of the 90-day Comfort Guarantee period.
How Does Our Comfort Guarantee Work?
Here’s a simple breakdown of the rules to how our Comfort Guarantee process works:
- Required Break-In Period: Sleep on your new mattress for at least 30 nights to allow both your body and your new mattress time to adjust.
- Comfort Exchange Window: After the excluded 30-night period, you have 90 nights from delivery to request a one-time Comfort Exchange if you’re still not satisfied with your mattress purchase.
- Mattress Protector Requirement: To insure eligibility for both our Comfort Guarantee and any manufacturer warranties, we require a mattress protector to be purchased at the time of sale. This protects your mattress from stains since even stains as small as a quarter will routinely void manufacturer warranties and disqualify exchanges.
- Exclusions: Clearance and closeout mattresses are not eligible for the Comfort Guarantee and Comfort Exchange program.
