Fabiano’s Pizzeria
Family-friendly and decorated just like you'd expect for a neighborhood pizzeria, Fabiano’s Deli & Pizzeria is a local gem known for its New York–style pies and rustic Italian favorites. In addition to more traditional pizzas on the menu, their famous signature buffalo chicken pizza and garlic knots consistently bring people back, while the dining room’s game area with pool, pinball, air hockey and arcade games makes it a favorite for families.
Add in friendly service and a fun, casual vibe, and you’ve got the perfect spot for family night or a laid-back evening after browsing at our Douglasville mattress store. Whether you're dining in or carrying out, Fabiano’s delivers both flavor and friendly familiarity. Do you live further south of town? If so, check out Fabiano's second location in Newnan.
Fin & Feathers
With a name that hints at both land and sea, Fin & Feathers is a surf and turf specialist. But more than just that, Douglasville’s Fin & Feathers is a where soul food, fresh seafoord, and chef-inspired creativity collide in a fun lounge-like atmosphere. Expect dishes like fried catfish, chicken and waffles, honey bourbon salmon, lobster tails, lamb chops, ribeyes and more — all served in generous portions with a soulful flair. The atmosphere matches the menu, warm, welcoming, and just a little bit funky.
In addition to their Douglasville location, they've got four more locations in Georgia including one in Midtown Atlanta, another in Edgewood, one in Riverdale, one in Valdosta, and one in Las Vegas (yes, that Las Vegas). Please keep in mind that Fin & Feathers is a 21+ establishment, so it's definitely more of a place for date nights and nights out on the town than a place to bring the whole family.
Gumbeaux’s Cajun Cafe
Craving real Cajun comfort and spice? Head to Historic Downtown Douglasville and check out Gumbeaux's! Gumbeaux’s Cajun Cafe delivers with classic Cajun dishes like jambalaya, gumbo, creole and etouffee that are rich, flavorful, and made from scratch using handed-down family recipes. The space is cozy, the service is warm, and the food is exactly what you'd hope for when you're in the mood for something hearty and flavorful. For Cajun cooking with consistency and charm, Gumbeaux’s hits all the right notes. Open lunch and dinner, Tuesday through Saturday.

Tucked just off Veterans Memorial Hwy and Courthouse Square East in Douglasville, High Noon Brunchery is the go-to spot for weekend brunch or lunch with the girls, even if they are open 7 days a week. This all-pink restaurant's menu features creative takes on breakfast and brunch classics — from loaded skillets and egg dishes to sweet treats like stuffed French toast. There’s also a lovely selection of delicious brunch cocktails for those looking to take their brunch experience to the next level.
Bright, cheery, and just a little nostalgic, High Noon Brunchery might just become your favorite morning hangout. This is the kind of place you visit on a relaxed morning or after an early shopping spree. Friendly staff, great coffee drinks and cocktails, and brunch done right make this a standout.
Hudson's Hickory House
You know we had to put a classic BBQ joint on today's list. Since 1971, Hudson's Hickory House has been a Douglasville staple — grounded in smoky barbecue and classic American plates. Known for its Certified Angus Beef steaks and slow, hickory-smoked BBQ, the restaurant serves generous portions in a no-frills, family-friendly dining room. Speaking of families, Hudson's Hickory House has been a family-owned and operated venture since 1971 and is now in its 3rd generation of family leadership.
The friendly servers, homey atmosphere, and consistently solid food make Hudson’s a go-to for regulars and new visitors alike. Whether you’re celebrating a milestone, grabbing lunch with the family, or just hungry after a day of shopping, this local legend won’t disappoint.
The Juicy Crab
Seafood lovers, rejoice! The Juicy Crab is Douglasville’s go-to for a flavorful Cajun or low-country boil to share. Whether you opt for shrimp, sausage, black mussels, crawfish, snow crab, dungeness crab, potatoes, corn, or any combination of these doused in Cajun spice and boiled, it’s all about digging in and savoring every juicy bite. They've also got other seafood and non-seafood options, so no one leaves hungry.
The atmosphere is casual, with communal tables and bibs on standby. It’s the perfect spot to let your hands do the talking — especially if you’re craving a fun, hands-on seafood feast with no fuss and all the flavor. A regional chain with restaurants across the Southeast, there are about 20 locations across Metro Atlanta including one near our Dallas/Hiram furniture and mattress store.

A fine dining staple in Douglasville since 1987, Sam & Rosco’s offers diners Italian-inspired and other gourmet fare in a classy old-world style dining room. From bruschetta and stuffed mushrooms, to shrimp scampi, to authentic lasagna, to your choice of chicken or veal served parmigiana, marsala, piccata, florentine, romano and more, every plate feels carefully crafted and flavorful.
